Clothing is embroidered, screen printed, lasered or debossed. Clothing items are decorated and on the shelf at our Ottawa warehouse.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eIn-Stock Items will be picked up every 2 weeks for delivery to your corporate location (no charge) or shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the order (for personal orders involving paid freight). In order to be credited, a copy of the invoice and packing slip must be enclosed. Under no circumstances will merchandise be accepted 30 days after the date of the invoice.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eClaims for receipt of defective merchandise must be reported within 30 days of invoicing and will be inspected for misuse and handled as per our guarantee policy. An RA number must be issued. No claim will be allowed after 30 days.
